With over a decade of immersion in the rich traditions of Tibetan Buddhism and yoga, I offer a unique blend of mindfulness, compassion, and spiritual insight in my teachings. Drawing from my extensive experience across various yoga styles, I craft classes that are both physically challenging and deeply meditative. My goal is to help individuals achieve balance, clarity, and peace.
Beyond teaching, I am passionate about sharing my wisdom and the transformative power of yoga through retreats, where I inspire others to embrace yoga as a path for personal growth and spiritual awakening.
