MY STORY

I am Tseyang, a Tibetan yoga teacher raised in India. My journey began at the young age of 10 when I left Tibet, went to the Tibetan Homes Mussoorie School in india, the first established by His Holiness the Dalai Lama in India. Growing up in the Palpong Sherabling Monastery in North India, I was steeped in a rich spiritual and cultural environment. However, my passion for movement led me to a sports college, where I ultimately discovered my true calling: yoga.

Combining my knowledge of the human body with a deep understanding of mindfulness, I started teaching July 2013 Since then, I've been empowering students online and offline, fostering a connection with nature and the body-mind union through Hatha yoga and a variety of other styles. For the past 4 years, I've taken my practice global, leading international retreats and teaching as a residential yoga instructor at renowned wellness centers like Sen Wellness in Sri Lanka, Ubud in Bali, and even the majestic Himalayas.

My passion and belive lies in helping you discover your own potential and embrace yoga as a holistic lifestyle, not just a physical practice. By emphasizing mindfulness in every pose, breath, and meditation, I guide you on a journey of self-discovery and inner peace.
